About Me
I'm Simran Matharu, a counsellor and transformational coach based in Charlestown, NSW. I work with professionals who are doing well on paper and unraveling quietly underneath.
Most of my clients come to me at the point where their usual strategies pushing through, working harder, holding their breath have stopped working. We start there. Honest, uncluttered, no jargon.
Before this work, I spent years in environments where high pressure was treated as the price of being
competent. I know how subtle the slide into burnout is, and how much harder it is to name when nothing has technically "gone wrong" yet.
